Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for promotional activities.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business and telecom operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Monitor operational processes and ensure efficiency.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records.
• Assist in customer support and service delivery activities.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements
