About the Role

  • Trivto is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to own the entire social presence end to end.
  • The role involves shaping the voice, creating engaging content, sparking conversations, and turning engagement into leads and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Create scroll stopping content: short form video, reels, carousels, stories, graphics, and copy.
  • Generate leads through social: design and run content and campaigns that drive qualified inquiries.
  • Engage and convert in DMs and comments quickly and on brand.
  • Build community by actively interacting and joining conversations.
  • Run campaigns end to end from concept to reporting.
  • Track engagement, reach, follower growth, lead volume, and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams.

Must Have Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social media for a brand or business.
  • Hands on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Track record of creating engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads or conversions through social.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Community management experience.
  • Comfort with analytics.
  • Comfort with AI tools and agents.
  • Self starter who can own the calendar and ship consistently.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in travel / technology / B2B SaaS.
  • Hands on video editing and design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop).
  • Experience with paid social (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Familiarity with social scheduling and listening tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Working knowledge of CRM and lead handoff workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Arabic language skills.
  • An eye for on brand visual aesthetics.
  • Experience growing a brand account from the ground up.
