About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager with agency experience to join our Dubai-based agency. You will manage multiple client accounts across luxury, hospitality, and retail sectors, creating content strategies and coordinating with production teams.

- Create and execute monthly content strategies and posting calendars.
- Manage multiple client social media accounts at the same time.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, influencers, and production teams.
- Write captions aligned with each brand’s tone of voice and positioning.
- Plan and supervise content shoots.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates.
- Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Facebook.
- Handle client communication, approvals, revisions, and reporting.
- Ensure deliverables are executed on time and at premium quality standards.
- Work closely with creative and performance marketing teams.
Requirements
- Mandatory previous experience in a marketing/creative agency.
- 2–4 years of social media management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform behavior.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual aesthetics.
- Dubai based.
- Immediate joining preferred.
