- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across key platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Develop and implement content strategies, create and schedule posts, manage community interactions
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform decision making
- Ensure brand consistency, oversee social media optimization (SMO), and support campaign launches and product announcements through targeted social content

- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting, and familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within a tech or B2B environment, is an advantage

Role Description
- The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across key platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Day to day tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, managing community interactions, and monitoring social media channels for trends and opportunities.
- The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular reports.
- The manager will ensure brand consistency, oversee social media optimization (SMO), and support campaign launches and product announcements through targeted social content.
