Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at our Bengaluru office.
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with business objectives.
Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing content, planning and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
This role requires collaboration with the broader marketing team to deliver engaging digital experiences to our audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and crafting effective content strategies
- Strong Communication skills to engage with teams, stakeholders, and online communities
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools and platforms to align strategies with broader business goals
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to optimize reach and engagement
- Proven ability to stay updated with industry trends and apply creative insights to campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with luxury real estate or related industries is a plus
