Role Overview
Buckingham Real Estate is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants.
The role oversees marketing initiatives, campaigns, brand consistency, market visibility, and sustainable growth.
Marketing Management
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and the company brand.
- Manage digital marketing across the website, social media, and online advertising platforms.
- Oversee brochures, videos, virtual tours, and property listings.
- Coordinate with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other advertising platforms to maximize listing visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for marketing strategies and property positioning.
- Generate marketing leads and support the sales team with promotional activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience promoting residential or commercial real estate properties is preferred.
- Experience in social media video generation and lead generation is required.
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is preferred.
- Background in content creation, brand strategy, and creative direction is preferred.
Experience Expectations
- Candidates seeking the upper salary range should have at least 2 years of experience in a reputable real estate company.
- Upper-range candidates should have experience devising and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Upper-range candidates should demonstrate Instagram content management, qualified lead generation, and social media growth.
Compensation
- The advertised pay range is AED 2,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person in Dubai.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting.
Employment
The position is full-time.
