Role Overview
Own the brands’ social media and digital marketing.
Plan campaigns, create content, identify opportunities, and bring new ideas to grow and improve the brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, events, collaborations, and brand moments.
- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other social-first content.
- Shoot and edit photo and video content when required.
- Plan and coordinate larger content shoots.
- Monitor Instagram and TikTok trends and understand what performs on each platform.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising.
- Monitor content and ad performance and recommend improvements.
- Keep accounts active, relevant, and consistently engaging.
Candidate Requirements
- Four years of marketing experience is required.
- Strong experience with Instagram and TikTok is required.
- Hands-on content creation, filming, and editing skills are required.
- Experience with Meta or social media advertising is required.
- Strong creative and visual judgment is required.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and campaign planning is required.
- The role requires independent ownership and a proactive approach to generating ideas.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
