We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong audience engagement to support brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on performance insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Support influencer marketing and partnership initiatives where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
