Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Manage daily social media accounts and community interactions (comments, messages, inquiries)
- Design and produce engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions)
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Understanding of paid social media advertising
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
