About the Role
Talent Tech Trading & Services is hiring a Social Media Marketing & Customer Service Executive for a remote contract role. You will manage social media presence, respond to customer inquiries, create quotations and invoices, and support sales and marketing campaigns.

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries via messages, calls, and emails
- Create professional quotations and invoices
- Coordinate with clients for order updates and after sales support
- Assist in online marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain customer records and basic data entry
- Support sales team with follow ups and lead management
- Handle additional admin and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English essential, Arabic is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in social media marketing & customer handling
- Organized, reliable, and self motivated
- Ability to multitask and work independently
