- Drive awareness for newly launched services (Curbside Pick up and Summer Gathering Boxes)
- Aggressively secure corporate catering and private event bookings (B2B)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly creative, energetic, and proactive Social Media & Content Specialist to take full ownership of the digital presence for THE ONE (T1).
- This is not a traditional desk only marketing job. You will be on the ground, capturing the premium aesthetic of our specialty coffee, mocktails, and summer desserts.
- Primary focus: creating high converting visual content (Reels/TikToks), driving awareness for new services, and securing corporate catering and private event bookings (B2B).
Key Responsibilities
- On the Ground Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce high quality daily short form videos (Instagram Reels & TikToks) featuring our summer drinks, cakes, and dining experience.
- Conceptualize and execute interactive social media campaigns and challenges (e.g., road trip challenges and travel rewards) to drive engagement.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,837.72 AED 7,771.57 per month
