Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos and advertisements.
- Plan and manage daily and weekly content calendars.
- Run boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions and creative direction.
- Stay updated with trends and turn them into brand opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real work (Reels, TikTok, campaigns, content creation).
- Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
