Employment and location
- The employment type is full-time.
- The description states Mumbai / Hybrid and also states hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Social media management
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, stories, and other content.
- Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions where required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes.
Content planning
- Develop content ideas based on each client’s business and target audience.
- Create content pillars and monthly content plans.
- Plan Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Identify trends and convert them into brand-specific content.
- Develop content for product launches, offers, events, and business milestones.
- Research competitors and identify content opportunities.
Scriptwriting
- Write scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Write founder and personal branding scripts.
- Create product and service promotional scripts.
- Develop educational, informational, and storytelling scripts.
- Write strong hooks and calls to action.
- Coordinate with the videographer and video editor to execute scripts effectively.
Client coordination and reporting
- Understand client requirements and brand objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, present content calendars, and present campaign ideas when required.
- Coordinate content approvals, revisions, and regular client communication.
- Ensure content is delivered according to agreed timelines.
- Monitor reach, engagement, views, followers, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare basic monthly social media reports and recommend improvements.
Campaign support
- Support social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts for promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and performance marketing teams.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where required.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent content writing and scriptwriting skills.
- Strong understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Good storytelling ability and strong creative thinking.
- Good communication skills and understanding of social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with a digital marketing agency, multiple brands, founder or personal branding, or B2B and B2C social media is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing, knowledge of Canva and other content creation tools, and familiarity with AI content creation tools are preferred.
- A degree or diploma in marketing, mass communication, journalism, advertising, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, D2C, professional services, or startup marketing is an advantage.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹300,000 to ₹500,000 per year based on experience, skills, and portfolio.
