- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and schedule content calendars, coordinate with internal teams for briefs and approvals
- Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across channels
- Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments and messages, escalate feedback when needed
- Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data driven improvements
Requirements
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and generate insights
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing social media for brands in cultural, heritage, or creative sectors is an advantage
- Comfort working on site in Riyadh

Role Description

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.
- Create and schedule content calendars, coordinating with internal teams for briefs and approvals, and ensuring brand voice and visual identity are consistent.
- Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments and messages, and escalating feedback when needed.
- Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data driven improvements to content and channel strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content tailored to different platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and community members.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Ability to interpret social media metrics, generate insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with an eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing social media for brands in the cultural, heritage, or creative sectors is an advantage.
