Role Description

  • We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to handle Digimax’s online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a mix of strategy, content creation, and day to day management. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, has good communication skills and is capable of

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and evolving digital trends
  • Ability to develop and execute social media growth strategies focused on increasing reach, engagement, and audience base
  • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate original content ideas and campaign concepts
  • Experience in brand building, including maintaining consistent brand voice, identity, and positioning across platforms
  • Proficiency in planning and structuring engaging video content through storyboarding and content sequencing
  • Good copywriting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Self motivated and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Conceptualize and storyboard short form video content (Reels, TikToks) to enhance engagement and reach
  • Generate creative campaign ideas that align with brand messaging and audience interests
  • Identify, engage, and coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaigns
  • Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, HR, operations) for content ideas and campaigns
  • Manage paid social media campaigns within budget
