Full-time role combining social media management, customer service, and daily coordination with restaurants and hospitality venues.

The role requires familiarity with Dubai’s dining and lifestyle scene and includes substantial customer-facing responsibilities.

Monitor social accounts and respond to direct messages, comments, and enquiries.
Assist customers with restaurant and experience bookings through WhatsApp and other channels.
Coordinate bookings with restaurants and venues and resolve customer requests.
Monitor hospitality venues for new events, offers, menus, and other updates.
Keep venue information, menus, events, and promotions accurate and current.
Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and community management.
Research restaurants, openings, events, and trends across Dubai.
Maintain records of venue information and customer requests.
Follow up with venues and customers and support general operational tasks.

Previous experience in social media, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
Good knowledge of Dubai’s restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle scene.
Professional communication with customers, restaurant managers, and hospitality teams.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, responsiveness, and independent working ability.
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and tasks at the same time.
Confidence using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and basic online tools.
Applicants must currently be based in Dubai or the UAE.
