Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
- Russian speaking is required
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Ability to adapt content strategies for various niches
- Basic video editing skills in CapCut or similar software
- Basic skills in Figma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of social media trends
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Based in UAE only

- SUR Media Agency is an international media agency based in Dubai, specializing in influencer marketing, PR, SMM, and creative campaign production.
- We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will work under the direction of the Head of SMM and implement a social media strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies for projects and influencers.
- Manage SMM projects from start to finish, including content planning, idea implementation, client communication, and coordination with designers, editors, and copywriters.
- Create and produce visual and textual content for social media (photos, videos, reels, stories).
- Engage the audience, stimulate user generated content (UGC), and develop interaction formats.
- Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, monitor competitors, and track global trends.
- Produce high quality mobile content.
- Maintain regular reporting on social media performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Russian speaking is required.
