Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic **Social Media Manager** to grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will combine a passion for social media trends with the ability to communicate our brand’s story in a compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, posts) showcasing our services and projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online community growth.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the home improvement, carpentry, or service industry is a plus.
