Role Description

  • The Social Media Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
  • Responsible for managing and growing Millennium Group's presence across key social media platforms.
  • Involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaborates with marketing, e commerce, and brand teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
  • Daily tasks include community management, responding to messages and comments, conducting competitor and trend analysis, and preparing regular reports.
  • Also includes testing new content formats, supporting paid social initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts on major platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and brand aligned content.
  • Ability to develop and implement content strategy that supports wider marketing and business objectives.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, performance reporting, and data driven decision making.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in retail, consumer products, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with visual content tools (e.g., basic design or video editing software) is beneficial.
