Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all official social media handles of company and its brands (including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google Business profiles).
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories and captions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure sufficient creatives are received for ongoing and upcoming promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and improvement suggestions.
- Ensure timely updates of offers, product launches, and campaigns across all digital channels.
- Optimize social media and digital campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall brand objectives and offline marketing activities.
- Respond promptly to social media inquiries, comments, and messages.
