- Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients
- Develop monthly content calendars based on client objectives and brand guidelines
- Create content ideas and concepts for photos, videos, reels, and stories
- Participate in content creation sessions, including filming, shooting, or coordinating with creative team
- Write engaging and platform appropriate captions in English (and Arabic if possible)
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to bring content ideas to life
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain a consistent and professional tone
- Monitor trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Assist with monthly performance reports and optimization suggestions
- Work closely with account managers to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and expectations
Requirements
- Strong English skills
- Experience in social media management
- Ability to develop content calendars
- Arabic is a plus
