About The Role
We are seeking a **creative, hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Specialist** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing content, managing social media platforms, creating advertising creatives, and supporting the company’s digital marketing efforts.
This role requires someone who can **plan, shoot, design, edit, and publish content independently**, with strong knowledge of modern content creation tools and marketing platforms.
You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
1. Social Media Management
- Manage daily content posting across social media platforms:
- TikTok
- YouTube
• Google Business Profile
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Monitor engagement metrics and performance
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Research trending content ideas and competitors
- Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversions
2. Marketing Content & Video Production
- Create marketing videos for:
- Services and promotions
- Before and after projects
- Customer testimonials
- Educational content
• Reels And TikTok And Shorts
- Company branding videos
- Shoot videos on-site at customer locations and projects
- Edit videos professionally for social media and advertising
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and music
- Produce short-form and long-form video content
3. Advertising Creative Development
- Design and produce creatives for:
- Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Website banners
- Landing pages
- Promotional campaigns
Develop
- Static images
- Video ads
- Carousel ads
- Promotional graphics
- Work closely with management to develop campaign concepts
- Optimize creatives for performance and conversion
4. Photography & On-Site Content Creation
- Conduct professional photo shoots for:
- Completed projects
- Technicians at work
- Equipment and tools
- Company branding materials
Capture
- Before and after photos
- Service process photos
- Team photos
- Marketing visuals
- Ensure high-quality lighting, framing, and composition
- Maintain organized photo and video library
5. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
- Design marketing materials including:
- Social media posts
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Service promotions
- Email marketing visuals
- Website graphics
- Company presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Required Software Skills (Must Have) Design & Creative Software
- **Adobe Photoshop**
- **Adobe Illustrator**
- **Adobe InDesign**
- **Canva (Advanced Level)**
Video Editing Software
- **Adobe Premiere Pro**
- **Adobe After Effects**
- **CapCut**
Photography & Media Tools
- Photo editing using:
- Adobe Lightroom
- Photoshop
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
- Knowledge of branding and content strategy
- Ability to work independently
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in content creation or social media management
- Experience in creating marketing videos and advertisements
- Strong portfolio of previous work
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently
- Basic photography skills
- Must be available for on-site work and field visits
- UAE experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
