Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across key social media platforms to strengthen M.I.D.S’s digital presence and showcase its design work.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars.
- Draft posts and captions.
- Coordinate visual assets with design teams.
- Optimize posts for engagement and reach.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies based on data.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand appropriate manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders to ensure consistent brand voice and alignment with broader communication objectives.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills for crafting clear, compelling, and brand aligned messages.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to refine content and posting strategies.
- Experience managing brand or organization accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
- Understanding of visual storytelling and collaboration with designers to ensure cohesive, high quality content.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a part time, hybrid setup.
- Prior experience in design, creative, or automotive related environments is an advantage; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is beneficial.

- This part time Social Media Manager role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
