Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content.
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Cover center activities, events, awareness campaigns, and success stories.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
- Increase brand visibility and grow the online community.
- Stay updated with current social media trends.
- Coordinate with the team on campaigns and center initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management is preferred.
- Strong content creation and creative skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Photography and video editing skills are advantageous.
- Passion for working in child development and autism care is required.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
