030Labs is looking for a Social Media Growth Hacker & Content Creator to accelerate digital presence through high-impact English-first content and growth hacking. The role involves creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, engaging prospects, and generating leads.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging and impactful content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Develop case studies, videos, and posts to scale brand visibility

- Engage prospects in groups, comments, and chats to qualify leads
- Hand over warmed leads to the sales team
- Drive direct engagement that converts into sales (with extra commission incentives)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media growth, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong command of English (writing, copy, and storytelling)
- Proven expertise in growth hacking and lead generation
- Skills in video editing, graphic design, and campaign management
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools
