Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for the company's social media platforms
- Capture high quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties
- Edit photos and videos using professional editing software
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop and implement creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote property listings, campaigns, and events
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, photography, or videography
- Proficiency in photo and video editing applications
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends
- Excellent creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Tagalog language skills are an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our growing real estate team.
- The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media, with the ability to produce engaging visual content that showcases luxury properties and strengthens our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
- Capture high quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties (on camera appearance is not required).
- Edit photos and videos using professional editing software.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote property listings, campaigns, and events.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, photography, or videography.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing applications.
