Responsibilities
- Manage day to day social media accounts for clients and the agency
- Create monthly content calendars and posting plans
- Prepare moodboards for creative projects
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and clients
- Attend content shoots and help guide content direction
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
- Track account performance and prepare basic reports
- Research trends, sounds, ideas, and competitor activity
- Support campaign ideas, brand storytelling, and creative concepts
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Good eye for visuals, design, photography, and video content
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients
- Comfortable working in a fast paced creative agency environment
- Experience with hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Knowledge of scheduling tools, reporting tools, Canva, Figma, Adobe, DaVinci is a plus
