- Own the daily operations of social platforms including scheduling, posting, and community management

- Consistently pitch and execute bold, disruptive, and highly creative ideas
- Boost the personal brand of the team in a way that supports the main brand
- Track performance, understand metrics, and pivot strategies based on data
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, including shooting and editing video
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies
- Ability to develop and execute data informed strategies for organic growth
- Excellent ideation and creative thinking skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting to track performance
- Understanding of personal branding in support of main brand

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high quality, engaging video content.
