Responsibilities
- Act as a natural storyteller who knows what makes an audience double tap and engage
- Monitor digital trends and local conversations to keep content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve
- Plan and execute innovative campaigns, contests, and interactive content designed to drive engagement and revenue
- Maintain a structured approach to managing campaigns, organizing content calendars, and keeping visual grids flawless
- Analyze key metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and continuously optimize content to smash KPIs (reach, engagement, and conversions)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Arabic is a major plus
- Strong writing, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a deeply creative, trend aware mindset
- Data driven strategist who is organized, proactive, and thrives under tight deadlines
