Job Description

  • Falcon Pack is looking for a Social Media & E Commerce Marketing Executive to join our creative and growth focused marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in e commerce marketplace operations, social media marketing, performance marketing, quick commerce, and analytics.
  • The candidate should be comfortable working with platforms such as Amazon.ae, Noon, social media channels, and quick commerce platforms, while also being fluent in key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, and Share of Voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support e commerce marketplace activities across platforms such as Amazon.ae and Noon.
  • Handle marketplace operations, listings, promotions, campaigns, and performance optimization.
  • Support quick commerce execution and channel growth initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media marketing activities.
  • Coordinate creative content for social media, marketplace campaigns, and product promotions.
  • Support performance marketing and sales funnel optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, and Share of Voice.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve product visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify growth opportunities across social media, e commerce, and quick commerce channels.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands on experience in social media, e commerce, marketplace, or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated operational experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Partner platforms.
  • Hands on experience with Amazon advertising formats such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of auction mechanics and paid campaign optimization.
  • Good understanding of conversion funnels and digital sales journeys.
  • Quick commerce execution experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, and Share of Voice.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer products, or packaging categories will be an advantage.
