Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
- Create and execute monthly content strategies and calendars
- Plan, film and edit Reels, property videos and short form content
- Create engaging content around Dubai real estate, lifestyle, investment and market trends
- Write captions, scripts and creative concepts
- Manage daily posting and community engagement
- Follow trends and turn them into relevant content for the real estate market
- Support and manage Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor content and campaign performance
- Work closely with the sales team to create content for property launches, exclusive listings, open houses and investment opportunities
- Use modern AI and content creation tools to improve the speed and quality of content production
Requirements
- Proven experience in SMM, content creation or digital marketing
- Strong video filming and editing skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok content
- Experience with CapCut, Canva and Adobe editing tools MUST
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Creative thinking and strong visual taste
- Ability to work independently and bring new ideas
- Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage
- English is required

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
