Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop the company’s social media strategy and manage monthly content calendars.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create content for real estate services, project launches, listings, open houses, events, and market updates.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, video concepts, and campaign messaging.
• Coordinate property shoots with agents, photographers, videographers, and developers.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, comments, messages, enquiries, and quality control.
• Support agent personal brands and coordinate organic content with lead-generation and paid campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging content formats.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with UAE advertising and real estate regulations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience.
• UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan, secondary, and leasing markets.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in content planning, production, and community management.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
