Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities
- Write, shoot, film, and edit high quality digital content including copywriting, photography, and video/montage
- Appear on camera when needed to present or host content
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other content creators to produce polished digital assets
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to maximize ROI
- Design custom sales offers and promotions, working closely with the sales team to build monthly campaigns
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools
- Manage and develop the company's websites
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategies, and best practices
- Hands on experience with photography, videography, and video editing
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Fluent Arabic and English (written and verbal) Arabic required
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools that support content generation, editing, copywriting, design, and analytics is a strong plus
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of website management/CMS platforms
- Strong creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
