Social Media Designer & AI Workflow Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and support the content creation process
• Build and manage AI-assisted workflows to improve team efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns with a focus on lead generation
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's style and identity
• Coordinate with the team to plan, schedule, and publish content on time
• Adapt and resize content to suit different platforms and formats
• Keep up with social media trends and apply them where relevant

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media design or a related field
• Knowledge of vibe coding / AI-assisted coding for creative workflow optimization is a strong advantage
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering for creative tasks
• Familiarity with AI workflow platforms
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
