- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Carzilla’s luxury car services, promotions, and brand story
- Manage the social media calendar, writing and editing posts
- Coordinate photo and video content from the workshop
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and customer inquiries
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills in English
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in automotive, luxury, or service oriented industries
- Comfort working on site in a busy workshop environment and capturing real time content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic graphic or video editing tools is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Social Media Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Social Media Coordinator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Carzilla’s luxury car services, promotions, and brand story.
Responsibilities
- Managing the social media calendar, writing and editing posts
- Coordinating photo and video content from the workshop
- Responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Monitoring performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and customer inquiries
- Collaborating closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and reflects current offers and services
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including clear, concise, and brand aligned messaging in English.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including audience targeting, basic analytics, and campaign support.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in automotive, luxury, or service oriented industries.
- Comfort working on site in a busy workshop environment and capturing real time content (photos, videos, stories).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple posts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic graphic or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
