The role requires 2-5 years of experience in branding, content creation, or healthcare communication, with skills in design tools and patient-friendly content creation.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute the hospital's brand and content strategy
- Create high quality digital content (reels, videos, posts, stories, blogs)
- Develop patient stories, doctor profiles, awareness campaigns, and brand narratives
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with doctors, departments, and leadership teams
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with hospital objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in branding, content creation, or social media
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Experience handling brand led content (preferably healthcare/wellness)
- Hands on knowledge of design & video tools (Canva, Adobe, mobile editing)
- Ability to translate medical information into simple, patient friendly content
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
