Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, grow online communities, and support marketing objectives
- Plan content strategies, produce high quality digital content, monitor social media performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, design, video production, and business teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage content calendars, identify emerging trends, create platform specific campaigns, and optimize content performance through data driven insights
- Create written, visual, and multimedia content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other digital channels
- Write engaging captions, coordinate graphic and video assets, schedule content, monitor audience engagement, and respond to community interactions
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, monitor social media trends, and identify opportunities to increase audience reach, engagement, and conversions
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, evaluate KPIs, and recommend content strategies that improve overall digital marketing effectiveness

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, English, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing principles, and content marketing strategies
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and social media platforms
- Familiarity with content planning, editorial calendars, campaign management, and social media scheduling tools
- Knowledge of social media analytics, performance measurement, audience insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and current digital marketing trends
- Familiarity with graphic design tools, basic video editing software, and multimedia content creation is advantageous
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword optimization, hashtags, and content discoverability for digital platforms
- Understanding of branding, visual identity, and consistent brand communication across digital channels
