About the Role
Mirror Production seeks a Social Media + Content Creator Intern for a full-time hybrid role in Dubai. The intern will produce short-form video content, manage social media posts, and assist with content calendars.

Responsibilities
- Plan and produce short form video content
- Capture behind the scenes footage
- Create engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Draft captions, basic copy, and social media calendars
- Support team in scheduling posts and monitoring engagement and trends
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams on shoots
- Brainstorm creative concepts
- Organize digital assets to maintain consistent brand presence
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and awareness of current content trends
- Basic skills in content creation, including video shooting on smartphone or camera, simple video editing, and visual storytelling
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions and short form copy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Comfort collaborating in a team environment and receiving feedback
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., Canva, basic editing software, social media scheduling tools) is an advantage
- Coursework or prior experience in marketing, media, communications, film, or related field preferred
- Eligibility to work in Dubai and availability to commit to full time hybrid internship schedule
