Responsibilities
- Develop weekly/monthly content plans, brainstorm ideas, write scripts, create concepts, and build content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create engaging Stories, Reels, Carousels, POV content, B Rolls, and trend based content
- Handle end to end content production from creative direction, filming, and editing to final execution
- Be present during launches, events, and brand moments to capture premium content and storytelling
- Guide and collaborate with other content creators, ensuring consistency in quality, storytelling, and brand voice
- Participate in weekly team meetings, bring new ideas, analyse trends, and help shape the brand’s content direction
Requirements
- Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), analytics tools, and basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing applications)
- Prior experience in real estate or related sectors (property, investment, lifestyle) is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of social media trends
- Creative thinker with a storytelling mindset
- Confident on camera and behind the camera
- Skilled in shooting and editing videos
- Fast learner with a 'make it happen' attitude
- Passionate about building brands through content

Role Description
- We are looking for a Gen Z, creative, trend driven, and ambitious content creator who can take ownership of our brand’s digital presence.
- This role is not just about posting content it’s about creating a strong brand identity, setting trends, and leading the creative direction.
- We need someone who is a hustler, flexible, highly creative, and always ahead of trends someone who can ideate, plan, script, shoot, edit, and execute content that creates impact.
- Develop weekly/monthly content plans, brainstorm ideas, write scripts, create concepts, and build content strategies aligned with brand goals.
