Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and produce engaging video and graphic content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit property, lifestyle, and promotional videos using Adobe After Effects
- Design branded graphics, social posts, and marketing collateral using Canva
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content production, editing, and ideation
- Collaborate with agents and management to capture property tours, testimonials, and behind the scenes content
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts
- Stay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices in real estate marketing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required)
