Core Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit platform-native videos, photos, and graphics for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Write catchy hooks, captions, and scripts that match the voice of the brand.
- Monitor algorithm changes, viral sounds, and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain and organize an active scheduling calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Reply to direct messages and comments to build connections with the audience.
- Review analytics data to identify what works and improve future posts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Know how to use video and photo editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Have experience with visual design platforms such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence appearing on camera when needed.
- Be able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
- Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media, or an equivalent hands-on portfolio.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,500 to QAR 3,500 per month.
