Responsibilities
- Oversee, schedule, and manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent growth and premium engagement with UAE and Gulf audience
- Conceptualize and host/produce creative and trendy recurring segments (educational, interactive, or lifestyle) that resonate with target audience
- Script, shoot (via mobile/camera), and edit high quality, dynamic short form videos (Reels, TikToks, and Shorts)
- Plan, launch, optimize, and track paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI, analyzing performance data to refine results
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken) with a deep understanding of Khaleeji and Arab culture, trends, and audience preferences
- Strong desire and high coachability to undergo rigorous training and absorb modern marketing frameworks
- Good hands on experience with mobile cinematography and quick editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or Adobe suite)
- Basic understanding of how sponsored ads and social media algorithms work
- Charismatic, confident personality with excellent communication skills

- Full Social Media Management: Oversee, schedule, and manage all our social media platforms, ensuring consistent growth and premium engagement with our UAE and Gulf audience.
- Creating Engaging Segments: Conceptualize and host/produce creative and trendy recurring segments (educational, interactive, or lifestyle) that resonate with our target audience.
- Video Content Creation: Script, shoot (via mobile/camera), and edit high quality, dynamic short form videos (Reels, TikToks, and Shorts).
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, launch, optimize, and track paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI, analyzing performance data to refine results.
Requirements & Qualifications
