Job Overview

The social media & Community Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s global digital presence while managing a small team of 3–4 members.

This includes overseeing multi-platform strategy and execution, building and growing communities, and strengthening Meta Earth’s brand across Web3 audiences.

The role requires bilingual communication (Chinese and English) and deep experience navigating crypto-native cultures, trends, and communities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Oversee daily operations and content execution across a team of 3–4 members, ensuring alignment with Meta Earth’s global roadmap.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with campaigns, events, announcements, and partnerships.
  • Engage with global Web3 communities, moderate discussions, and host interactive sessions such as AMAs.
  • Lead social media campaigns from strategy to execution — including product launches, ecosystem updates, and event activations.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and PR teams to maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
  • Stay updated with crypto trends, cultural shifts, and social platform updates to continuously refine strategy.
  • Operate and manage Web3 growth platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, TaskOn, and similar community activation tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 community management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing 3–4 team members in social media or community roles.
  • Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (spoken and written).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Web3 audiences, culture, and community behaviour.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth, engagement, and community retention.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., X Analytics, Google Analytics, Telegram insights).
  • Creative, strategic mindset with strong execution skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
