The Opportunity

  • This internship is your chance to gain hands on experience in Client Services.
  • Over three months, you’ll build a real world portfolio, gain social and cultural fluency, and master agency workflow.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to understand brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Support brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas for social content and campaigns.
  • Assist in managing, posting, and updating social media channels with engaging content.
  • Help moderate client communities and coordinate digital channel activities to enhance brand experiences.
  • Ensure clear, organized communication across teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
  • Produce regular documentation and ad hoc reports for clients.
  • Assist in creating performance reports, analyzing social metrics, and providing insights for optimization.
