Nu Projects is looking for a creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to create photo and video content from live construction projects, manage social media posts, and develop content strategies.

Responsibilities
- Create high quality photo and video content from live construction and renovation projects
- Plan, create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms
- Develop weekly and monthly content strategies to help grow the brand
- Work closely with the CEO to brainstorm content ideas and marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with social media trends, new features and best practices
- Monitor performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach
- Capture the quality, craftsmanship and behind the scenes story of projects
Requirements
- Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Confident filming, editing and producing short form video content
- Good eye for design, branding and storytelling
- Organised, proactive and full of creative ideas
- Interest in architecture, interior design or luxury construction (preferred but not essential)
