- Manage the brand's luxury social media presence on Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and TikTok
- Create high quality jewellery content and maintain cohesive aesthetic across platforms
- Engage with community by monitoring DMs and comments to drive sales leads
- Conduct professional follow up phone calls to clients and prospects
- Assist in setup, organization, and coordination of major jewellery exhibitions
- Actively engage with visitors to drive on the spot sales and support booth management
- Provide administrative and operational support across the business
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in social media and client coordination
- Experience managing luxury brand social media presence
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Ability to coordinate exhibitions and events

Responsibilities
- Manage the brand's luxury social media presence by creating high quality jewellery content (Instagram/Snapchat/WhatsApp/TikTok), maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across platforms, and engaging with the community by monitoring DMs and comments to drive sales leads.
- Conduct professional follow up phone calls to clients and prospects to nurture leads and drive repeat sales.
- Assist in the end to end setup, organization, and coordination of major jewellery exhibitions.
- Actively engage with visitors to drive on the spot sales, support booth management, track inventory, and ensure the display remains presentable.
- Work dynamically alongside the sales team during and after events to capture interest, pitch collections, and support the closing of sales.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the business. This includes executing various tasks as instructed.
