Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, creative female Social Media Advertising Specialist to manage and scale our paid and organic social presence on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
The role is full-time and available immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a content calendar for all social channels
- Produce trendy, creative campaign content tailored for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Run, boost and optimize paid campaigns via Meta (Ads Manager) and TikTok ads
- Manage DMs and comments across platforms, engaging followers professionally
- Maintain and optimize funnels (e.g., Instagram → WhatsApp)
- Manage Mailchimp campaigns and audience lists
- Coordinate physical activations and small events (walks, collabs, pop-ups)
- Assist with creative direction and visual concepts
- Adapt and translate campaign materials for TikTok-friendly formats
- Manage Canva assets and templates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in social media advertising (TikTok/Instagram/Facebook)
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok ad platforms
- Solid knowledge of funnel optimization (social → messaging platforms)
- Experience with Mailchimp and email campaign management
- Confident community management skills (DMs, comments)
- Proficient with Canva and basic content production/editing
- Creative mindset, trend-aware, and able to deliver high-quality visual content
- Immediate availability preferred
- Female candidates preferred
Salary & Benefits
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month (depending on experience)
