MedStudio, a Dubai-based marketing agency for aesthetic medicine clinics, seeks a Social Media Account Manager to own client relationships, build content calendars, and coordinate with creative teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with a portfolio of aesthetic clinic clients — regular check ins, understanding their goals, catching problems before they become complaints
- Build and maintain content calendars that make sense for each clinic’s brand, audience, and treatment focus
- Brief (and follow up with) videographers and editors so what gets delivered actually matches the plan
- Be the glue between what the client wants and what the creative team produces
Requirements
- Experience in aesthetic medicine or med spa marketing is a big plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English, or Russian and English
- Based in (or ready to relocate to) Dubai
- Organized enough to run multiple client calendars without dropping a ball
- Personable enough that clients genuinely enjoy talking to you
- Comfortable being the point of accountability — you don’t wait to be chased, you chase

- A Dubai based marketing agency built specifically for aesthetic medicine clinics. Our clients aren’t generic brands, they’re plastic surgeons, injectors, and clinic owners who need someone who actually understands the industry, not just “engagement rates” and buzzwords.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Owning the relationship with a portfolio of aesthetic clinic clients — regular check ins, understanding their goals, catching problems before they become complaints
- Building and maintaining content calendars that make sense for each clinic’s brand, audience, and treatment focus
- Briefing (and following up with) our videographers and editors so what gets delivered actually matches the plan — no chasing, no “wait, what were we supposed to shoot again?”
- Being the glue between what the client wants and what the creative team produces
What we’re looking for
- Experience in aesthetic medicine or med spa marketing is a big plus — you get the industry, not just social media in general
- Fluent in Arabic and English, or Russian and English
- Based in (or ready to relocate to) Dubai
- Organized enough to run multiple client calendars without dropping a ball, personable enough that clients genuinely enjoy talking to you
