The Role
We’re looking for a Social Content Strategist to evolve how Fitt Insider shows up across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
You’ll work closely with our editorial team to turn reporting, research, newsletters, and podcasts into platform-native content.
You’ll own the process from idea to publication — developing creative concepts, writing copy and video scripts, building creative briefs, partnering with design to create visual assets, publishing content across our channels, and measuring performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Fitt Insider’s social content strategy.
- Turn articles, newsletters, podcasts, reports, and interviews into multi-platform content campaigns.
- Write social copy, carousel outlines, video scripts, and founder content.
- Develop creative briefs and partner with design to create compelling visual content.
- Build and manage the editorial publishing calendar.
- Launch new recurring content franchises and creative formats.
- Analyze performance and continuously improve content, distribution, and audience growth.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for a media company, B2B brand, or creator-led business.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment.
