- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
- Lead and manage social media campaigns from concept to execution and optimization
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high satisfaction
- Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver high quality content and campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize performance
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform specific requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or marketing focused environment
- Strong background in marketing and communications is essential
- Demonstrated experience in social media account management, campaign planning and execution, content planning and strategy, reporting and analytics, client servicing and relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools is preferred
